We have a fully established aluminum foundry with monthly capacity of 30 tons. The unit can produce part weight ranging from 50 gms to 150 kgs and volumes as small as few numbers running to few thousands. We have dedicated melting furnace to continually feed the casting lines through holding furnaces. The foundry setup is equipped with Melting furnace, Holding furnace, Heat treatment furnace, Shot blasting and fettling facility. We produce all grades of aluminum (LM25, LM6, A356, LM9, AC2B) and also special alloy grades specific to customer requirement. Each of the grades are quality inspected through our in-house Spectrometer for chemical composition and Brinell Hardness tester for mechanical properties.

        We have a precision CNC machining facility equipped with CNC, VMC, Drill tap center, Manual lathe and Vertical drilling machines. Our machine shop aids us to supply Ready to fit or Ready to assemble parts to our customers. Utmost care is taken during machining for accuracy of dimension by using in-line Pneumatic Air Gauging systems. Our part traceability system ensures each of the part being able to trace back to its production process dates and parameters.
